For more years than I can remember we have been receiving 5 star servicing from Rob and the team at Glenwood Auto YXE. We recently had our son's 2006 Subaru Impreza STI in with some gremlins and most recently my 2015 Audi S4 for an oil change. Work is always top notch, the team is honest, hard working and they are passionate about automobiles which resonates into the work they do. Whether you have something as simple as an oil change or something more complicated like an engine/transmission removal, they will have you covered. This team does everything from micro cars to exotics.

After having numerous issues with a car I recently bought through a dealership, the staff at Glenwood were amazing to deal with. They offer a shuttle service which is a great addition to their repair services. Both drivers were out and one of the staff drove me home - which shows the lengths they go to make their customers happy. They communicated everything and made sure that I was happy with everything before & after repairs. I’d recommend Glenwood to everyone!

Rob and his team have been looking after our two vehicles and my fleet vehicle for many years after a referral from a friend. They have never let us down and have gone above and beyond to make sure we are safe and on our way. Fast and courteous staff on the service desks. These guys are top notch! it is a great feeling to get greeted by name when you come in. They also have two shuttle drivers to get you to work or home and then pick you up to get your vehicle. This is a program that sets the skills of trades people across Canada that verifies a tradesperson’s certification, so you know they are all well trained and knowledgeable. My service needs were straightforward and I was already aware of what repairs needed to be performed and was I prepared for other issues should they be found. They advised me of what they found, my options and cost of repairs. I authorized the required repairs and my car is back on the road. I appreciated their Shuttle Service. They also recommended other preventative maintenance services to keep my vehicle in good shape running smoothly and performing optimally which I appreciated. I recommend them.

Questionable practice? They did a good check of everything but it was listed as a complementary inspection that I don’t recall asking for one. From that, an oil change and lock inspection which initially came in costed $357. These costs ballooned to $5,441 upon the deferred expenses which I guess they found out there were a million issues with the vehicle apparently ( car runs fine, about half of the listed services required could’ve been done in the future) . When they called, they made it sound like all of it needed to be done right away! According to the report, all the possible fluids needed to be changed, all the brake callipers, pads and rotors and air filters. Pretty much every single possible maintenance service fee was listed. If you come here make sure that you just take the inital service and just take the complementary inspection service because it was a good break down of future repairs, I was just upset that they were trying to get me to shell out a couple grand on repairs that arent super urgent.

Great place to get any sort of automotive work done! They've even started including free foot massages for customers!!
