I was very pleased with the service received for my car on Feb.21, 2020. A prong had broken off the cord on my block heater. Glenwood took my car in without having an appointed time and they fixed it while I waited there. They also have a comfortable spot with free coffee available for people who are waiting. I had barely finished my coffee when my car was ready. Glenwood staff are always very courteous, respectful and helpful.
