SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

I had a service appointment at my regular dealership and was uncomfortable with what they were suggesting needed maintenance and repair so I chose to bring my vehicle in for a comprehensive inspection at Glenwood. I was very satisfied that I was able to get my vehicle in quickly, that I was given an accurate description of what would be done and that I was contacted less than 4 hours after drop off with the results of the inspection. We reviewed the results together and I was given a prioritized list with estimates to be able to choose the service I did want completed. The service was completed in less than 24 hours. Got worst service experience ever. Went to do SGI Inspection, they asked 3000$ total in labor and parts. Also took my vehicle in different auto shop and they asked 2000$ total, they told me this auto shop gave me too high expensive quotation that they forced me to fix some parts that doesnt have to be.

Took vehicle in the day it stoped working and dealt with it when it was determined to be not worth fixing.

While my vehicle was getting repaired for a few weeks, they took care of a vehicle rental for me. They are kind, and communicate well! I trust them and will continue to use their service.

I had a part that failed after only 9 months and they got my truck into the shop the very next day and fixed it all under warranty with no questions asked.
