I began my interaction with this fine company with a dead battery at the airport and an impending appointment with them, upon calling to give them the bad news that my car was not starting and within minutes had a driver over to jump the battery and follow me to make sure i made it to the shop. Once there I was asked for thorough information and preferences about the work to be done. They then shuttled me to my hotel and got to work asap. During the work they called multiple times to ask my opinion on work needing to be done, and offered fully transparent pricing and necessity of each job, which I have never had done by another shop in my experience. The work was finished the very next day, and they had discovered a nagging brake issue that other mechanics had been unable or unwilling to discover in previous attempts, bringing my car back to the functional level I was unsure I would ever re-obtain. From the bottom of my heart I simply cannot thank Glenwood Auto for taking such great care of both myself and my car throughout my experience with them.
