SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

We have been taking our vehicles to Glenwood for the last 11+ years. What I have noticed over 11 years is that there is a higher cost of repair when compared to some other shops. What do you get from this higher cost? Quality service : you can expect the job to be done right without skipping steps or using cheap parts. Honest advice: I have always received advice on what needs to be replaced now versus what should be replaced soon with the decision being up to me. Family: I have gained a family of folks who know be by name when I walk in. Trust: By far the biggest reason why I stick with Glenwood. If you don’t have trust in your repair shop, you have nothing. I will continue to trust Glenwood for years to come! Thanks a million!

The service is prompt and everything is always explained to me thoroughly. I am always greeted with a smile and there is always a ride waiting for me to take me to work in the morning and back at the end of the day.

Always great, timely service at fair prices for work done. No surprises on invoice for work not asked for yet diligent in identifying any issues that are present or starting to occur.

Helped us without hesitation to remove rusty wheel studs. Had no appointment. In and out in 10 minutes. Very friendly staff and fantastic service!!!

Took my Subaru to get saftied and it passed with no problems, it even had a very small issue with the wheel alignment which they took care of with no additional charge. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Would recommend!

I phoned Glenwood Auto to inquire about a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. The staff were excellent to work with and went through the details of the items their inspection includes and how it compares to their competitors. I booked in the appointment and they proceeded to follow up the inspection with both an email and a phone call detailing all items of the inspection and any issues that they found with the car. With the results of the inspection I was able to negotiate the purchase price of the vehicle down from the original in order to pay for the minor maintenance required. Overall A+ service, would recommend for all vehicle maintenance and service and I will definitely be going back when required.

I wasn't even a customer at the time....I went in to ask for a battery boost at a nearby location... They were more than willing to help... Very courteous and willing to lend a hand to someone in need.. Based on that I Highly recommend shop.
