I’m happy that my brakes were finally able to be fixed. After visiting another mechanic shop twice my car still rolled away on its own. But Glenwood quickly found the problem and repaired it properly. Also, really great service.

This was our first experience with Glenwood, having moved on from the dealer. The difference is like night and day. We brought the car in for the typical winter tune up as well as a burned-out tail light and they ended up identifying a host of other issues. Not great but not unexpected for an older car. In dealing with Rob he was always very careful to explain each issue and how they would deal with it. The customer service was exceptional and we have full confidence in the people at Glenwood.
