I began my interaction with this fine company with a dead battery at the airport and an impending appointment with them, upon calling to give them the bad news that my car was not starting and within minutes had a driver over to jump the battery and follow me to make sure i made it to the shop. Once there I was asked for thorough information and preferences about the work to be done. They then shuttled me to my hotel and got to work asap. During the work they called multiple times to ask my opinion on work needing to be done, and offered fully transparent pricing and necessity of each job, which I have never had done by another shop in my experience. The work was finished the very next day, and they had discovered a nagging brake issue that other mechanics had been unable or unwilling to discover in previous attempts, bringing my car back to the functional level I was unsure I would ever re-obtain. From the bottom of my heart I simply cannot thank Glenwood Auto for taking such great care of both myself and my car throughout my experience with them. If you're looking for your truly friendly neighbourhood auto repair shop, look no further, Glenwood is your new home.

We have been taking our vehicles to Glenwood for the last 11+ years. What I have noticed over 11 years is that there is a higher cost of repair when compared to some other shops. What do you get from this higher cost? Quality service : you can expect the job to be done right without skipping steps or using cheap parts. Honest advice: I have always received advice on what needs to be replaced now versus what should be replaced soon with the decision being up to me. Family: I have gained a family of folks who know be by name when I walk in. Trust: By far the biggest reason why I stick with Glenwood. If you don’t have trust in your repair shop, you have nothing. I will continue to trust Glenwood for years to come! Thanks a million!

The service is prompt and everything is always explained to me thoroughly. I am always greeted with a smile and there is always a ride waiting for me to take me to work in the morning and back at the end of the day.
