Rob got us in, ordered the parts, worked with the supplier and had us back on the road when he said he would and for the price he quoted. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. We brought our car in for an overall inspection, which was great, however when dealing with that we did run into problems with unrelated issues. Glenwood's customer service was great. Although we did get frustrated with the time and cost it took to fix our car, Charlie and Rob were extremely respectful and professional!
