Great intake & customer service with prompt shuttle service. I went to install a block heater the other day, and the cost came under quote! That was my first experience. The 5 star rating is not only because of my personal experience, but because I am impressed with their promise not to lure me into costly repairs and be upfront with me. I like that. Initially coming to Glenwood, I was very guarded as I didn't have any prior experience with the shop. After dealing with the owner, Robert, over several repairs, he has time and time again proved himself to be the best in the industry, offering the highest quality standards of customer service, workmanship and an unbeatable warranty on everything that comes out of his shop. One of the most professional and morally ethical businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Straight shooters about issues, great communication by phone, text etc. Not the cheapest but well worth it, will be bringing all work I can't do myself here.
