My first experience with Glenwood was really, really good! Jay took the needed time to explain what was going on with the vehicle and what steps were needed to repair our Impreza. From the moment I walked in Rob and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I could see by the number of returning clients that Glenwood has done an excellent job forming great relationships. Rob and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. They made the right recommendations based on what was most practical for me and my vehicle. I would recommend Glenwood to anyone looking for an auto shop that they can rely on. Not the cheapest but with other shops you pay for what you get, better to pay slightly more and have everything done right by Glenwood then to try and save money elsewhere and deal with the headaches associated with the price discount.
