Glenwood came highly recommended and for good reason. They were super efficient and friendly, were very honest with my SGI inspection and provided excellent shuttle service. Initially, there was a misunderstanding where I thought they had left a dirty spot on my upholstery. They immediately offered to retrieve the car and clean it at no extra charge or hassle to me. Later it came known that the spot was not of their doing so no harm done but I certainly appreciated the immediate and unquestioned offer to remedy the situation! Good people.
