I Took my truck to Gleenwood for the first time. I delt with Rob the owner and he was very helpful. He kept in touch with me and was able to repair my vehicle faster then I excepted. Gleenwood warranty’s their work for 60,000km or 3 years with free road side assistants. You can trust these guys! Great work !

I had a dead battery and drove up, was helped immediately and staff had a new battery installed right away. Their service is very professional.

I had a small emergency with my Acura TL after it had passed sgi safety at another shop. Glenwood Auto is very close to home so I called them early in the morning and spoke to Rob. He understood the urgency and booked my vehicle in immediately that day to test drive and inspect the entire front end. Just before noon Rob called back and gave me a list of problems that should have been checked during sgi inspection which included 1 missing and 1 untightened LF caliper mounting bolt; dangerously loose upper LF ball joint; oil leaks under engine; loose battery cables, as well as several other minor issues. Rob contacted sgi and told me the car would go back to the shop that inspected it to have all missed work done at no cost to me. He offered both towing services and shuttle services, although I did not need either. I am grateful for Rob's excellent customer service skills and professionalism. I want to thank him again for helping so promptly, and for the quick but thorough diagnosis of my Acura. Highly recommend!
