Glenwood auto is the only place that I would go to get my car serviced. Everything went so smoothly, they got me into the shop right away and made me feel very comfortable with the work that they were doing on my car. I can’t believe the amazing customer service I received when I went to Glenwood auto with my 2009 Dodge Nitro. I had been to a Dodge dealership to have an oil change and a 12 V plug repaired, and my vehicle ended up stuck in 4WD. I was just returning from the USA, on a weekend yet, and was extremely tired and frustrated. I explain my problem to Rob, and within minutes my vehicle was in the service bay being taken care of. They found the issue immediately, and had me back on the road within the hour. I cannot explain the relief I felt nor the kindness and understanding I was shown by this business. I will be recommending them to everyone, and I think all businesses should take a lesson from the staff here. Thank you so much.
