As usual, good service. performed as requested and discussed. I appreciate the initiative(s) taken with respect to the potential problem of moisture gaining access to the rear differential.

I have been dealing with Rob and his team for over 10 years. I never think of going elsewhere because I know the service and attention to detail can not be beat. The staff is patient and takes the time to explain any repair that needs to be done, or answer any questions you may have. They Strive to give you the best advice to ensure your cars longevity. I would rather pay to keep my car properly serviced than to have more expensive problems down the road. They take pride in preventing undue repairs, if it can be prevented before hand with regular maintenance. Thanks to the team at Glenwood for your service the last 10 years. The service representative listened to my problem and made sure he had the full story by asking follow up questions. He consulted with mechanic and explained what needed to be done. It was a positive experience.
