I, (and my husband while he was alive) have been a customer from the time we moved into Saskatoon in 1991. My husband had just had a heart attack and could no longer do much vehicle maintenance or repair and I was still learning. The owners and employees helped me to learn. The service at Glenwood Auto Service has always been stellar. When repairing an old vehicle they always tried to provide us with the best parts for the least money. They never encouraged us to spend money for things we did not need done and they always stood behind their work. After my husband died, They were the ones who helped me to look after my vehicle. There was no charge for all the information they provided me with and they were generous with their time. They know me by name and have come to my rescue more than once when unexpected trips have demanded a long distance trip needing a quick oil change or once over for safe driving. My family's vehicles have been serviced at Glenwood for a number of years. Rob & the Team always offer top notch service at fair prices. My daughter recently took her car to her dealer for a recall and was given a long list of items they said needed service. I suggested she take the car to Glenwood for a second opinion and was told that most of the items on the Dealer list, did not require immediate attention. Obviously the dealer was just trying to fill downtime with unnecessary service. I am the owner of Tradebank Saskatoon. Glenwood has been one of our long time members.
