Glenwood Staff was excellent to deal with, explained everything that needed to be done in the next 6 months or so and clearly wrote what had to be done immediately. They were very accommodating with drop off and pick ups.

I always get great service when being at Glenwood. Have come back many times! But.... I don't think I can come back for a brand new vehicles oil change again. First oil change through dealership was $108.62 Second oil change here was $208.58. This is way beyond what I would expect to pay for an oil change and not sure why I was charged such a high amount when I compare both bills together. I knew there would be a $30 additive added.... but that was it. Sorry, but will just stick to vehicle repairs for now as can't pay this rate in future.
