AWFUL! These guys were not upfront. I was promised same-day diagnostic and estimate and I never heard back for 2 days. When I called 2nd day they said they were looking at it and would call back in 1 hour, never heard back for 3 hrs. When their estimate came back $500 more than dealership and I said I would take it back to the dealer Rob told me to NEVER come back here- he can bet I sure won't. Also he was constantly interrupting me and very rude. When I first showed up he seemed so nice and assured me he wanted to "take really good care of our company."

Actually, i am very impressed! I just stopped in on a whim, cause i had a check engine light on for about a year, and both passenger power windows hadn't worked for about 6 years. I was expecting a frown, but what i got was a "Sure, we would be happy to fix it!" I left the car there, and i was kept up to date on the goings on, and it was fixed, ahead of schedule. I love my car again...what more can i say, except THX!! Rob and the gang!! and i would recommend you to anyone. Barry

I appreciated that the work was done by noon and I didn't have to leave my vehicle all day.

The staff are always advising what may happen ex: tires need to be replaced, windshield needs to be replaced, etc. I appreciate the advise because I don't know anything about vehicles. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I don't have to stand around while someone ignores me because they don't like to be interrupted. Customer service is extremely good. Customer services is a lost service that many businesses do not provide. WELL DONE!!!!!!!
