Great service as usual. My truck died for no reason 3 times in 2 weeks (dead start, no clicking noise, nothing). Merlin Ford diagnosed 'low voltage codes' and recommended a new battery. I did this, and my truck died again. Brought it to Glenwood and they found that my A/C switch relay was 'stuck on' and draining my battery. Fixed it quickly and it is now working great. They are very thorough and actually figure what is wrong with your vehicle, unlike Merlin. Solid, reliable service from Glenwood. And thanks to Jerome for getting me an appointment that same day. Much appreciated.
