I found their customer service to be extremely good. The advice they provide seems to be legitimate and not necessarily tailored towards maximizing the money they can get out of the customer. The treatment you get may be the best I have ever had from any business. Now, I have only had the repairs done recently so the real test will be whether they actually fixed the problem!
