The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. They not only took my car with no appointment but provided drinks and snack and toys for my child to have while we waited. That was incredibly nice. They were honest and did a great job.

The people at Glenwood Auto are amazing! They were able to schedule me in quickly and completed the service needed in a timely manner. They called before fixing anything on my vehicle and clearly explained what needing fixing, why, and the estimate cost of the repairs. The final cost even came in under the estimate! I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any repairs or maintenance. Thanks Glenwood!

Rob and his staff are more then helpful

I was over the moon with my service from Glenwood. When I called to say that I had a flat and needed it fixed ASAP (preferably in 90 minutes time because I had to work and didn't have a ride after) they told me to bring it in and they would do their best. When I arrived there with my tires, I knew I had to work right away and wouldn't be done to pick them up until after I was done work. When I expressed my concern to them, they genuinely cared and made a point of having them done as soon as possible. They finished them in 20 minutes and I had the tires back on my car before I finished work. Being a single mom, this kind of service in the automotive industry is priceless to me. As an added (HUGE) bonus, because I spent over a $25, I received free roadside assistance for a year! Honestly, I've never had roadside assistance and this just blew my socks off. So so impressed. Thanks Glenwood. I'll be back. Christine
