Another repair shop had told me i needed new brakes. Glenwood assessed my brakes and told me they were not worn out yet so they did not change them. I didn't give 100%, because although I liked that they gAve my car a once over on other items (bulbs, tire wear,etc) , I was not consulted before that work was completed and some of those items I would have done myself.

Professional service, accommodated all my needs. Awesome organization!

Glenwood Auto goes the extra mile for their customers...I was looking at selling my car to my daughter who lives in Alberta. Glenwood Auto PHONED to the Alberta motor vehicle division to see if they could transfer the inspection to Alberta if it was completed in SK. They were on hold for a very long time, and kept apologizing to me that it was taking the Alberta gov't so long to answer their call!! Here they were doing something that was CLEARLY above and beyond, and they are apologizing. They took great care of my car, then emailed me a report, and followed up with a phone call. When I came to pick up my car, they went over everything with my husband to ensure we were all on the same page with the repair requirements of my car. Such wonderful staff!! Great service!!
