Excellent service provided by Jay who was the contact person for this repair. My car was at Glenwood for over a week, and we had a lot of telephone contact during that period. The damage to my vehicle was caused at RUH where I had taken my mother on an emergency basis. She passed away while there, and Jay was very compassionate and understanding in addition to efficiently taking care of this repair. He was also very helpful with the SGI process, and even though we didn't use SGI in the end, his help was very much appreciated.

Five star all the way. I couldn't wish for better service and nicer people to deal with. They are friendly, courteous and personable. I feel they truly care about me being out on the road safe so therefore look after my vehicle repairs professionally.

The staff I dealt with at Glenwood were courteous and helpful. Their shuttle service is very convenient. Fees and costs were all well explained when I brought my car in for an engine flush and oil change. I had a less pleasant experience when I purchased a complete set of new summer tires. This was mid-winter and I was expecting that the tires would be installed when I came in to have my winter tires removed. I was a bit surprised that when I stopped by to pay for the tires I also ended up leaving with the tires. Glenwood did offer to store the tires, but for a fee. I found this a bit disagreeable as I had just purchased the tires from them. My invoice for the tires included a wheel alignment fee though this work could only be done when I had the tires installed. I called to dispute this and the staff were helpful in resolving the issue. I had a some questions about switching from conventional oil to synthetic and finding a good set of mid-range tires. I appreciate the time the staff spent answering my questions. Despite the frustrations mentioned earlier, I think I will be returning to Glenwood. I hope though that in the future things go more smoothly.

Matthew, thank you so much for leaving a google review on our business, and all the positive comments. I felt the need to reply and explain the less pleasant part of your experience that day. We do have a new Junior Service Advisor working at our front counter, and he was about two months into his new career on the date you were in to see us. Angus is still learning, and did give you incorrect information on the spring cost to have your summer tires put back on. When you come back in, in the spring there will not be a fee, because they are on their own set of rims. As for tire storage, we do feel the need to charge a fee, due the large cost involved to provide this service. There is the real estate to consider (the location the tires are stored at), the staff member required to organize and oversee the storage of over 400 sets of tires, and the 2nd staff member that puts the tires into storage, and retrieves them twice each year. Loved the prompt service and educated staff, the shuttle vehicle ride home was a very pleasant surprised, and yet surprised again when they came and picked me up to go and pick up my truck, I liked the very informative response I got in regards to my vehicle, I believe I found my mechanic shop to get anything done or serviced on my vehicle in the future

Very impressed with their honesty! My car had an oil leak and had to be towed . Once they looked at it they determined it was a recall issue. They called and charged a small sum for the diagnostics and then it was towed to the dealer. We will definitely let Glenwood Auto be the Dr. for our vehicles.

I couldn't put my 2002 Toyota Camry into gear. Being fairly new to Saskatoon, I brought it to Glenwood after hearing rave reviews from a couple friends. The first thing you notice is their great employees. A technician actually came out to my car so I could show him exactly what the problem was. The shuttle driver was easygoing and hilarious. Initially, they thought it was just a problem with the solenoid. This all happened right before Christmas, but Rob personally called around to local wreckers, trying to find a cheap replacement. When that failed, he ordered in the part from the States. Unfortunately, when they went to install the new solenoid, they discovered the entire transmission would have to be replaced or rebuilt. Still, Rob offered to look around for a used transmission, but it just wasn't in my budget. I went in the other day, expecting to pay at least a few hundred dollars for all the labour. But Rob didn't charge me a dime. As an already-broke university student, I was floored. I have never experienced that kind of customer service at an auto service shop. Ever. TL;DR: Rob and his team gave me the best customer service I have ever had at any auto service shop on the prairies. They honestly care about their customers. And you can bet I'll be going back to their shop for as long as I live in Saskatoon.
