Glenwood auto has the best customer service ever. They never force you to have anything done on your vehicle and are very good at explaining the why behind anything your vehicle may need done. I've always felt taken care of even and important!

The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. They not only took my car with no appointment but provided drinks and snack and toys for my child to have while we waited. That was incredibly nice. They were honest and did a great job.

They called before fixing anything on my vehicle and clearly explained what needing fixing, why, and the estimate cost of the repairs. The final cost even came in under the estimate!
