Rob and his staff are more then helpful

I was over the moon with my service from Glenwood. When I called to say that I had a flat and needed it fixed ASAP (preferably in 90 minutes time because I had to work and didn't have a ride after) they told me to bring it in and they would do their best. When I arrived there with my tires, I knew I had to work right away and wouldn't be done to pick them up until after I was done work. When I expressed my concern to them, they genuinely cared and made a point of having them done as soon as possible. They finished them in 20 minutes and I had the tires back on my car before I finished work. Being a single mom, this kind of service in the automotive industry is priceless to me. As an added (HUGE) bonus, because I spent over a $25, I received free roadside assistance for a year! Honestly, I've never had roadside assistance and this just blew my socks off. So so impressed.
