Everyone is always so helpful and you get a smile as soon as you walk in the door. They are always willing to accommodate your needs the best that they can.

Had trouble with my battery so phoned Glenwood. Were able to give me great advice over the phone and suggested what my best course of action would be. I brought in my car immediately and even though I did not have an appointment they had the right battery in stock, installed it for me and had me back on the road very quickly. Very friendly staff and great service. I will definitely return here for my auto needs in the future. Highly recommend.

Looked after me and my truck, my girlfriend and her car, and my brother with his car... No issues whatsoever. Good people. Wonderful service with amazing staff, I had booked my truck in for the blower motor to be replaced. Rob and his staff made sure that the process was well explained, and carried out in an honest and "to the point" manner. My parents have been coming to Glenwood Auto since the mid 70's and have always been impressed with there quality of work. I look forward to caring on that tradition for the formidable future!!

I would definitely recommend Glenwood if you're willing to pay a little more to get exceptional service. They are never pushy - they tell you what should be done and what can wait, and will not do anything without your approval first (the only time they did, I was shown the belt they replaced and how worn it was and explained how that could be harmful). The owner is especially fantastic to deal with. Shuttle service is friendly and efficient.
