Glenwood Auto goes the extra mile for their customers...I was looking at selling my car to my daughter who lives in Alberta. Glenwood Auto PHONED to the Alberta motor vehicle division to see if they could transfer the inspection to Alberta if it was completed in SK. They were on hold for a very long time, and kept apologizing to me that it was taking the Alberta gov't so long to answer their call!! Here they were doing something that was CLEARLY above and beyond, and they are apologizing. They took great care of my car, then emailed me a report, and followed up with a phone call. When I came to pick up my car, they went over everything with my husband to ensure we were all on the same page with the repair requirements of my car. Such wonderful staff!! Great service!! Excellent service provided by Jay who was the contact person for this repair. My car was at Glenwood for over a week, and we had a lot of telephone contact during that period. The damage to my vehicle was caused at RUH where I had taken my mother on an emergency basis. She passed away while there, and Jay was very compassionate and understanding in addition to efficiently taking care of this repair. He was also very helpful with the SGI process, and even though we didn't use SGI in the end, his help was very much appreciated.
