They give me all the options and don't insist on doing work when it's optional, they just keep me informed about upcoming maintenance. The personnel at Glenwood are friendly though professional. They seem to take a sincere interest in their job and in seeing that the customer is well taken care of. By this I mean in the way things are explained and see that the customer gets a ride home or where ever they need to go while their vehicle is being worked on. They seem to be very prompt and efficient.
