I have been going to Glenwood for 15+ years. I am not a "car savvy" kind of gal and I don't need to be with Glenwood's team. They typically hear "I donno, my car is silver" when asked what the problem is. They make sure that I am safe on the road and that I keep my maintenance up to date. They take a weight off my shoulders because I don't have to worry about my car. They do. It's one less thing I worry about.

Good service including explanation of work, help with decision making. I have great trust for Glenwood service. Shuttle service is premium. It maybe seems like a small thing. Safe, pleasant rides to leave or pick up ones vehicle is a huge service.

Great Service and done sooner than expected.

Always great service and prices. Very friendly staff. I have been using them for many years. They always have provided me with a detailed list of repairs done and future "repairs" along with recommendations of what should be done and what can wait.

We have been customers at Glenwood for a number of years - started back in the 60's when the business was on the corner of 8th Street & Preston but then lapsed for a while. Even in those early years Glenwood was a great service. Now it is even better. The employees are remarkable. They are courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, well trained and service-oriented. They greet us by name when we arrive, confirm the services they will be providing and arrange transportation if required. Upon completion of the work they call and, if required, arrange transportation again. Upon checking out and paying the bill they carefully go over what has been done and remind of future service requirements (recently it was the wear on both my winter and summer tires). The courtesy drivers are competent and reliable and drive safely at all times. We have referred several friends to Glenwood and they have always been happy with the service. At no time do we feel they encourage work that isn't required. We trust their honesty and integrity. All in all there isn't a negative comment I can make.
