Very professional, courteous, and transparent. The things that need doing and things that can wait are very clearly broken down, with accurate estimates that don't get exceeded. Estimates include taxes so you know what you'll be paying up front, the work they do is outstanding, and they have a very good warranty plan. I would highly recommend Glenwood for anyone who needs reliable service to their vehicle.

Everyone is always so helpful and you get a smile as soon as you walk in the door. They are always willing to accommodate your needs the best that they can.

Had trouble with my battery so phoned Glenwood. Were able to give me great advice over the phone and suggested what my best course of action would be. I brought in my car immediately and even though I did not have an appointment they had the right battery in stock, installed it for me and had me back on the road very quickly. Very friendly staff and great service. I will definitely return here for my auto needs in the future. Highly recommend.
