Great service team, very transparent. Held great communication.

I took my F 150 into Glenwood when my left front wheel started making noise. They did a complete inspection on the truck and determined the wheel bearing needed replacement(among a few other small things). I dealt directly with Andy(Anderson) who was friendly and easy to deal with. The intake was simple, the service was quick and precise. I would not hesitate to recommend Glenwood service to anyone looking for vehicle service.

Glenwood Auto has done several repairs for me on different cars over the years. They are usually more expensive than the dealers or other independent garages. However they have given me immediate service (rather than 7-10 day delay), high quality work, they do OEM work for most makes/models plus they offer a three-year warranty (parts AND labour) on their work. I figure cost-wise it's a wash, but quality-wise, worry-free, I come out ahead.

They go above and beyond to make you and your vehicle happy. Big thanks to all the amazing people at Glenwood Auto.

Quick repair on my tires that another facility told me was unrepairable, fantastic communication and the advisor Anderson was awesome! The shop doggos are definitely full of personality also!

Lovely customer service will give a rental car if needed. However, services are a rip off in my mind. I have a 2010 Chevy Traverse, had a check engine light. Took it in, told me it was my timing chain...quoted me $10,000 to do it! That's absurd, for an engine maybe but not a timing chain. Due to this I will sadly never go again.
