Received very good service for regular maintenance and inspection of my car.

I've been a Glenwood customer for YEARS. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5 I would! I took my first vehicle there years ago and have had the same experience ever since. Rob and his team are absolutely incredible. They'll will go out of their way to accommodate you however they can and they always get the job done fast. Every time I've taken my car in, they've been amazing. They are a little more expensive than some shops but with their knowledge and experience, I leave confident it's been fixed RIGHT the first time and I don't need to take it back. I've read some bad reviews here and I legitimately don't understand how they can be criticized for doing right by their customers. If you're reading any of them, please consider that if you're taking your car in for service, the tech might find other things you weren't aware of but isn't this a good thing? Would you rather they say nothing and then you get saddled with a very expensive bill when it breaks even more later? Besides, you don't have to get it fixed today, they're just letting you know. Special shoutout to Anderson who is always a wonderful person to talk to. He's patient and understanding when you're describing the problems, and very good about explaining what will be and what was done. Great dude, Rob pay him more! :D Double shoutout to the doggo whose name I forget is very friendly, if you step in an see this big animal, he's a giant teddy bear, dw. Also the courtesy drivers are all wonderful. Thanks for all the rides, you guys are awesome! TLDR; Glenwood is a amazing and you should go there when you need help with your vehicle.

Our CRV had some issues, talked to Rob, we discussed when to bring it in for some diagnostics, issues got worse, so Rob said to bring it in right away!! They had it in within a few hours, Rob called me right away after they had a look, diagnosed the issues, had an estimate, Rob said it would likely take a couple days as it would be over the weekend, and offered to rent a vehicle for us until the work was completed. I told him to go ahead with the work being done, picked up the rental vehicle. The work was completed by Monday morning, Rob called, returned the rental to Glenwood, picked up the CRV, the bill was exactly what the estimate was!! I’m extremely impressed on how we were treated, and would always recommend Glenwood Auto to anyone!! 10/10 Thanks Rob and everyone at Glenwood Auto!! Craig Trulsrud
