I have had my vehicle to Glenwood a few times and am extremely impressed with the customer service I received. They have gone above and beyond every time. The shuttle service is prompt and friendly, the customer reps are fantastic. This last time they let me know what was required which would mean ordering parts so potentially having my vehicle for a while. They knew this put me in a bad spot so took steps to order me a car rental. At the end of the day they had searched and found the required parts, got my vehicle fixed and back on the road by the end of the day so I didn’t need the rental! I was so happy!!!

I live in Calgary and my daughter had a few car problems. I worked with Kennedy previously for a break down I had in Saskatoon in spring. I explained what was happening, arranged an appointment and Kennedy and the Glenwood staff treat my daughter fantastic. Rides to and from her work, called me to go through what needed to be done and the cost. I checked on the part prices ( tires ) and they matched other sellers. Everything went perfect. I have told my daughter to continue to use Glenwood and Kennedy and that she can trust them to do it right and not try to take advantage of her lack of knowledge. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Glenwood Auto Service especially if your a Dad that doesn't live in Saskatoon and have a daughter that needs her car taken care of.
