SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

I brought my vehicle(subaru crosstrek 2024) in for diagnosis of a rattling noise that occurred during light acceleration around 1100-1500 RPM. The shop test drove the car and was able to replicate the sound, however I was told it was something from the exhaust system and “not concerning” and no repair was performed. I was charged $220 for 1 hour of labour. I later took the vehicle to another shop with a lower labour rate ($160/h), where they identified the issue as a failing tensioner pulley. The repair took 0.6 hours of labour and completely resolved the noise. Service was professional, but I was disappointed with the diagnosis and steep diagnostic cost considering the issue ended up having a clear fix somewhere else

I had an issue with my service and left a low review. I was asked to get ahold of the owner Rob and discuss it, which I did. I can tell you this about Rob, he was extremely pleasant to talk to, I explained my frustration and he took the time to actually listen and understand why I was upset. He figured out where the confusion was and resolved it within an hour. I can't speak to the quality of their work as I declined the repairs, but the owner really does seem to care a lot about his customers being satisfied and that's way more than I can say for most business' I've dealt with after a bad experience. I'd recommend them to do your vehicle service on that alone.

I recently took my car in for an assessment with Glenwood Auto Service and was really impressed with the level of professionalism and care I received. The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was that they followed up a week later just to check if my car was doing okay. That genuine concern and customer care meant a lot and showed that they truly value their clients. Highly recommend!

2nd time getting work done at Glenwood and cannot be happier. They have caught and addressed issues present from when it still had bumper to bumper warranty the dealership never solved. This combined with much fairer pricing than what we were paying. We are very pleased with service recieved from Glenwood, when they do a complementary inspection they actually check. Great busy shop for a reason.

Great communication, always gets the job done in an appropriate amount of time. After using their services for a while now, at least twice a year, I fully trust them not to try and sell me anything I dont truly need.
