Service at Glenwood Auto Repair has,always been a positive experience.

Everyone here is very friendly and they do not push unnecessary services like some dealerships I've been to. They do what's right for the client and their prices are exceptional. I would recommend anyone to use Glenwood especially because they are local and trustworthy.

front end staff very knowlegible and no pressure tactics. work was completed on time with no shocking extras as i was used to at my previous dealer. as work was being done was kept informed which was very apprectiated. great job!!!!

I was very pleased with the service Glenwood did on my vehicle. Not being knowledgeable myself I felt they did a good job of explaining to me what they saw should be done and respecting my decisions having given me enough information to make an educated decision. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles to Glenwood when they need work done.

It was really busy @ Glenwood on my first trip there and I had mistakenly was a full day early for my appointment, but Gerome was able to fit me in and do a full diagnostics about my car. He told me what was required and what wasn't on a scale of 10. I forgot about the $25 coupon unfortunately that they have on right now. They honored a referral to my friend and said they would give them $25 off. They were able to shuttle me downtown in less than 15 minutes. They were kind and courteous and cost much less than dealerships. I highly recommend them.
