I've been treated extremely well by this company. Yes, they are not the *cheapest* in town but their level of customer service, cleanliness of waiting room with amenities and shuttle service makes pay the little extra worth it. Thank you Colleen for taking good care of me!

The people were extremely helpful and friendly. We were touched by the toys in the waiting room for the kids - thank you!! The only reason not five stars was because we had to wait longer than anticipated. We really felt the staff was very considerate and a family oriented place!!! Will definitely be coming back!

I just love the personal touch and professionalism. It almost feels like family. My experience has always been that quality work has been done. They make what could be a painful experience ($$$) so pleasurable!😀

I have always been happy dealing with Glenwood Auto. Jamie always listens to my concerns and if something isn't done right it is, fixed. I am so happy to find a business that looks after their customers.

Just had my vehicle in for a tire repair/rotation, inspection & oil change. Everything seems fine. The only thing I don't like is that I had to have the car in by 8a.m. & it was not done til 4 p.m. I think they could have morning & afternoon appointments.

Amazing people and great service. The staff in very honest and great at what they do. We were heading home to BC With 4 young kids when something broke in our tire. We happened to be right by their shop, they squeezed us in and got us back on the road quickly. Not only that, but they gave our kids new little toys to help ease the wait and waiting area is amazing filled with tons snacks and coffee/pop. I am so thankful to you guys. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and family oriented repair shop.

I have been a customer of Glenwood for over 20 years. Their customer service is always top notch, and the front desk staff make you feel welcome and like more than just another customer. I recently had some issues after having some service work done, but at no point was I concerned because I knew that a quick call to Glenwood would result in a fix that left me satisfied. Are they the cheapest? Probably not, but examples like the one above, and the peace of mind that comes from having a trusted service station/mechanics, is worth the price. Finally I have to comment on Glenwood's fantastic service car drivers, who always make any ride I've ever received, safe and full of excellent conversation.
