SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

I booked my CRV in for an oil change when I was in Saskatoon and was impressed with Glenwood Auto Service from the moment I walked in to leave my keys with them. The staff was very friendly and right away I was acknowledged and told that they would be right with me. As soon as the other staff saw there were a few people waiting in line two of them came to the counter to assist myself and other customers. The staff took the time to ask questions about my vehicle to ensure that there were not other things that should be done as well. I don't remember the last time I had an engine flush and it should be done every 20,000km. How many people actually track their vehicle maintenance other than oil changes? With choosing Glenwood Auto Service I know that I now don't have to worry about this as they will ensure that I maintain my vehicle in all areas. After my vehicle was booked in I was given a ride to work in their courtesy vehicle by Dwight. Dwight asked if I needed help with my laptop etc and opened and closed the door for me as well as the other passengers. He asked all of us if the temperature was OK and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our ride with him. He said that he really enjoys his job and meeting so many people and it shows. I was contacted as soon as my vehicle was done and they also called again later to see if I needed a ride. When they drove me back to get my vehicle they brought it around to the front and loaded everything into it for me as well as left it running so it would be cool when I got in. Their staff and customer service was exceptional!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Glenwood Auto inspected my out of province vehicle within 2 business days of contacting them. They provided text alerts for my appointment :) The shuttle service drove me home without delay. When I came to pick up my vehicle, a service provider who knew all about my vehicle and why I had brought it there went over my work order in detail with me. They also provided information as to how I have the vehicle transferred through SGI. The service was EXCELLENT!! The staff is friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend Glenwood Auto!! 5 STAR SERVICE!!

I have never, and neither will you, have better service than you will at Glenwood - there is no way that any shop in Saskatoon can come close to the way Rob and staff treat their customers! The are so professional, understanding and trustworthy that I implore you to give them your business...you will not be disappointed!

The staff at Glenwood are always polite and helpful. The oil change was completed in a reasonable time while I read the paper, enjoyed a granola, a water & a small coffee. Thanks everyone.

What an amazing company and staff. After many issues with our dealership I am so thankful to have finally found a company with the experience and qualifications as they have. The price cannot be beat anywhere and they stand behind there workmanship. I cannot say enough good about them, So happy we have a place in Saskatoon that I know I can trust.
