I had a headlight problem and they got me in right away and had my car ready within the same day. The shuttle service was redily available, too!

I took my recently purchased used car to Glenwood for a second opinion on a steering issue. They confirmed the issue and I will have it fixed where I bought the car. They also did a general inspection and provided me with a report. The staff was so easy to talk to & displayed a very caring attitude that I truly appreciate. I plan on taking my car to Glenwood for all future servicing. Highly recommend this shop.

Staff was responsive and accommodating to timelines. Work requested was completed in a timely manner and additional recommendations were offered but in a manner that did not "push" additional work or costs. The courtesy shuttle service was quick to arrive and a great perk over some others within the industry.
