The service and quality is outstanding. We have always had good experiences with Glenwood. On my last visit to get my tires changed their machine broke down so I had to come back again to get them changed. They did the change for free due to having to bring the vehicle back twice. I certainly was not expecting that and considered that gesture to be above and beyond what you would expect for customer service.

I was impressed with the service I received from Glenwood Auto today. I brought our car in first thing in the morning for an inspection of potential problems with the car and by noon was given an estimate. I was told the car would likely need to stay overnight for repairs, but by 5:30pm it was ready for pick up and came in $200 under the estimated price! The shuttle service was prompt and pleasant. I did find that the receipt printout was a bit confusing at first. I thought, when I left, that the work that could/should be done had all been done, but getting home and looking more closely saw that they were just estimates for things that had also been found wrong. I don't think that when I talked to Rob at noon I was given the option of getting the other repairs with estimates done. A small issue, but I thought I'd mention it. Overall, very happy with my experiences with Glenwood Auto today.
