A miscommunication occurred during this visit that resulted in extra work done to my vehicle. A compromise was reached and the work was done. I appreciated the mutual arrangement that resolved the matter. Service to my vehicle was excellent as usual.
Service was fast, courteous and thorough, and the shuttle program is excellent for customers!
Had great service and the guys were great to talk to. I was havung tuck problems where i had spent lots of money at other shops but Glenwood fix it right up.
