Friendly, fast service. Didn't try to push "extra servicing". Did what needed to be done and pointed out things that would be beneficial to have done in the spring.

They are friendly and helpful. Their quote over the phone was the price they charged. No surprises. I'll go back.

Honestly I couldn't find anything negative to say about Glenwood Auto Service. I have been their loyal customer for several years now upon recommendation from one my colleagues at work a few years back. It is a friendly auto service centre. The owner and his stuffs , mechanics and technicians included, are highly knowledgeable, honest, and above all the most courteous bunch I have experienced. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, quality auto service, look no further, this is the place.

Our car seems to be running more smoothly now with the tire pressure being addressed. Staff were all very friendly. I was able to pick up the car at the very end of the day after dropping it off at 8:30am longer than I had been told, but I did know the garage was short an oil changer that day. I got a ride home to wait for the oil change to be done within just a couple of minutes which was appreciated. A free cold beverage was nice too.

-staff is always courteous and knowledgeable -prices are very reasonable -shuttle service is such a nice feature -shuttle drivers are very nice and are careful drivers -services always performed in a timely manner -other items that need attention are always pointed out and not performed without permission -do not feel like a dollar sign walking thru the door and do not feel taken advantage of b/c I'm female -I always appreciate the car washes so much after services are performed
