I have been taking my cars there for 13 years and have never had a problem or feet like I didn't understand what was needed to be done and what could wait to be done, but always explained good. I would recommend Glenwood to anyone and I do.

I recently took my car in for one of their mechanics to check out and fix my car. While Tyler was looking at my air conditioning system he found it was worst case scenario. The compressor had seized. Brutal I know! BUT he called me let me know my options and was completely honest with me about everything. Gave a quote for the compressor and I will return as soon as I have the funds to fix it. I had good customer service at the front desk and even the guys who drive the shuttles were awesome. Thanks glenwood :)

We've visited Glenwood Auto several times, found them to be very professional and honest. Gave us a very straightforward diagnosis even though it didn't mean extra business for them, each time we've been there. We would go back again and refer others.

Once again, fixed something misdiagnosed by another shop. Not the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for!
