there was obviously some miscommunication this time. We had clearly indicated when we drop the vehicle off on Friday and that we would like to have some options for tires given to us on Monday and It was agreed that this would happen on Monday. When I called on Monday after not hearing anything I was told that tires had been put on: this was very clearly that was supposed to happen. There was no apology or knowledge meant that something was wrong

Great service and very accommodating . They are knowledgeable and will do anything to give you the best price while not compromising quality of repair.

Courteous and thorough. My service advisor (Jay) took the time to explain in detail the work undertaken as well as advising of potential future concerns. The complementary roadside assistance program which comes when you have Gleenwood service your vehicle was a nice perk. Thanks folks for a job well done in a timely and professional manner.

Tracy was really great, super nice and easy to work with. I completely trust everyone at Glenwood and what they say - that being said - I don't mind paying more than other places as at least I know my vehicle is in good hands!
