As always Glenwood did a first rate job of detailing my car...... I just have one concern. Whatever was used to clean the floor mats made them extremely slippery and also whatever was used to clean the interior had a very strong unpleasant smell. I've never noticed such an odor before so wondering if it's a new product. Since it's snowing, I'm not able to drive around with the windows open.

My experience was excellent. They had the vehicle fix ahead of schedule. They we courtious, eager to help and ensured the experience was easy. I appreciated the contact before the service work was started. I would recommend them to my friends.

I am always impressed and ecstatic with the service at Glenwood. I have never, ever had a poor experience with them in 15 years.

Always straight up service, not the cheapest, but I don't buy cheap, I tried cheap, and that does not work. I now buy best.
