SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

Happy with the work on the vehicle. Not satisfied with no notification when the vehicle was complete. This has happened several times. The vehicle is dropped off at 8am. By 3pm I'm phoning to see if it is complete. 7 hrs for an oil change and tire change is quite a long time. I'd prefer to drop off the vehicle in the afternoon and at least still have it for part of the day. I also waited almost 1 hour in the morning for a ride home. (live 5-10 minutes away) Subsequently, there was a nurse that was dropping off her vehicle after being awake on a nightshift that waited longer than me for the ride in the same direction. Scheduled drop off's of the vehicle would definitely be a better option for customers.

It was easy to coordinate detailing, winter check, miscellaneous repairs, detailing and windshield chips all in one phone call!

I've always found the service at Glenwood to be friendly, honest and helpful. I appreciate that they hire people who know what they're doing. Their shuttle service is great too!

In 5 months the cost of my oil filter went up 50% (39.99 to49.99), the oil price went from $103 to $113- both services were at Glenwood. I do not believe these guys, they charge whatever they need to. I should have been informed about the increase however was not. I probably was penalized as I requested my vehicle complete by 4pm which it was not, despite leaving the vehicle there at 8:15am. My dissatisfaction cost me a price hike.

Always excellent service and jobs well done...Most importantly though, I trust the staff.
