I was very pleased with the service. The extra rivets you installed was an extra bonus. Everyone that I have interacted with at your garage seems to enjoy what they are doing. They are open with the knowledge they have and are honest when they don't know. Very friendly and caring place.

Overall I am pleased as I always have been with the service here. All the work that was done was explained to me thoroughly before it was started, although it was a bit more than I expected. Very grateful for the shuttle service I needed for 2 days. However when I did pick up the car on Thursday/24th the Driver seat warmer was on., not sure for how many hours. That easily happens with your elbow or arm so I am very careful about that. Yesterday when I filled windshield washer noticed that one of two rivets on the black cover that attaches to the frame over one side of the radiator is broken off in the hole and this cover is only being anchored by one rivet so is kind of loose. Not sure what happened there or if it happened at the shop at all.

We like to keep it local, and it so easy to do so with a great company like Glenwood Auto Service. They stand behind their work and know how important it is to get back on the road.
