SASKATOON AUTO REPAIR

First time customer at Glenwood and absolutely loved my experience. I had been having issues with my clutch and they explained how they would diagnose and the fees associated with it. They called to make sure I wanted to go ahead with any repairs before doing so and gave me a quote. I felt comfortable with the customer service team, Blaine was very patient with me and was thorough in explaining the billing and shop foremans comments and my quote was exactly what they charged. They drove me to work and picked me up when my car was done. I was extremely surprised and happy when they gave me a loyalty card for oil changes a few other perks as a thank you for choosing their shop. They even messaged me a few days later to make sure the car was running top notch. Honestly it was the best experience I've had with a mechanic shop to date. Bonus they had a couple office dogs who said hi while I was waiting. Service and dogs?? Who needs more!

When I submitted a request for an oil change, it was in the evening after hours. Within an hour, Rob had contacted me confirming my request for the appointment date and time. When I arrived at the shop, the guys were friendly, helpful and accommodating. When the work was done and I picked up my car, I was told what maintenance needed to be done in the future and it was clearly listed as to the costs and importance. I will definitely use their services again and highly recommend. Thanks to Rob and the team!

Glenwood staff have always gone above & beyond for me since I moved to Saskatoon and first brought my SUV in. The staff are truly amazing, they are so welcoming, friendly, and make you feel right at home. As a person who refuses to let go of their vehicle I had a lot of work to be done initially, but they worked with me closely to create a plan so I could be on the road for my many travels all while being mindful of my wallet. Most importantly to me, they have always ensured my SUV is taken care of and safe for the road, while also throwing in perks of being a loyal customer. I can always count on them, no matter how big the job, or small of a question I have.

I have had great experiences at Glenwood. The service is excellent and friendly. Blaine made sure to explain everything to me throughly and walk me through my options (knowing it was going to be difficult for me to afford). He even ranked the work that needed to be done on my vehicle on a scale of 1-10 so I could decide what to do now and what could wait. Highly recommend!

I took my car for an SGI inspection, the day after I came to pick up my car and drove home, I noticed that the cap cover of my engine was broken by their mechanic. I came back to ask then they said it had been broken before and showed me a paper that included the issue. There is No one has noticed me and I didn't even know about that. I am sure that the cap is not broken because I check my coolant and oil every day. Price is deadly expensive if you don't know anything about vehicles as someone reviewed. My final bill was 1500$ with over 1000$ in labor costs. It sucks and I will never come back. ​NOT RECOMMEND!

First time using the company and I found them very helpful and very professional I will be going back again.
