I always appreciate the service and respect I get when I take my van in for service. the guys on the desk are terrific and make everything thats done on my vehicle easy to understand. the guys who work on the vehicles do a great job also my van always runs great after i leave. Excellent service. Extremely friendly staff. I was surprised how quickly my car was detailed (I chose the most expensive package)! I dropped it off in the morning & it was done by noon. My only complaint is that they forgot to shampoo/clean the driver's side headrest.

I've been dealing with Glenwood for 16 years on and off. Every time I bring my car in they are courteous and respectful. They don't recommend doing unnecessary work even if you are a female. I would recommend them to anyone for any vehicle maintenance or repair.
