I have been taking my car to Glenwood Auto for many years. As a young woman in the 80's I always felt confident they would not "rip me off", and I sent my daughter there 20 years later for the same reason. I have dealt at Glenwood for over 20 years largely because of the consistently excellent service, straight talk, and friendliness. Their prices seem may high but their mechanics and service people are first class. So you do get your money's worth and good value. A few years ago, my car broke down in the morning. I had to get to work and get my daughter to and from university for an exam. Glenwood took me to work, picked up my daughter at home and delivered her to her exam, picked her up three hours later and took her home and then picked me up at the end of the day. A lot of people talk about great customer service but these folks actually deliver it!
