Customer service is amazing. From the shuttle ride to work to pick up there was always great communication from the whole team. I like the fact that they always inform you as to what they are doing and what the cost will be.

I have been using Glenwood for a couple of years now. Not once have I come out of my interactions with the staff there with concerns. The job has always been done right, their staff clear and open about the work being done and why, and their shuttle service is excellent.

I was up in the North end of the city when my ABS light came on .....our icy streets and brake problems don't mix so this stressed me out quite a bit. I drove straight to Glenwood, arriving around noon, and ended up leaving my vehicle there. The courtesy driver helped transfer my belongings, my sister and my dog for the ride home. The staff weren't able to promise that it would be looked at that day but to make a long story short, repairs were done and I had my truck back by supper time the same day. This was a pleasant change from most garages that never would have even considered looking at my vehicle so quickly. The staff are very professional and trustworthy and I appreciate the service they provide.

Once again the service I received at Glenwood was wonderful. On my way back to work at lunch time I found trouble with my power steering. Phoned Glenwood right away, they said to bring it in and they would look at my vehicle. Diagnosis power steering hose needs replacing. They had my car fixed by 4:30 that afternoon. They also provided a shuttle back and forth to my place of work for me. Glenwood is always my #1 choice for service. The personel are friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to help you out.

My first time at Glenwood and I was impressed with their professionalism for the difficult vehicle (an off warranty Mercedes) I had them work on.

No question - these guys are the best. Quick service, knowledgeable staff, and lots of value added incentives. They even started my car when I was on my way to pick it up to keep it warm after some winter service!
