Stepping into Glenwood Auto has that feel of a small town auto repair shop and I love that vibe because it takes me back to my coverall gas jockey days rubbing shoulders with my mechanic friends. Rob and the staff are accommodating and extremely knowledgeable while providing superior customer service. I know and trust that my vehicle is in good hands with their shop and she purrs like a kitten upon her arrival home. I love that they provide courtesy rides while the work is being done, that they give a great printed and detailed description of the work performed or what needs to be done and the dogs that come out to make a guest appearance melt my heart while I am waiting for my key. Great job, guys! 5 stars hands down

Excellent service! Very thorough assessment of issues with my truck. Everything suggested and serviced was done with prevention of greater issues in the future in mind. Management also willing to deal with issues as one can afford.
