As for the repairs, they did what they said they would do. However I brought my truck in twice and the first time was an abs issue and I also got my transmission diagnosed because it wasn’t shifting properly. However after I got my truck back after the first service, the Park in my truck all of a sudden wasn’t engaging. I was going to bring my truck right back after that but since I was going to get the transmission fixed eventually I thought I would wait until then. I just thought it was a matter of it being a bit out of line and just needed an adjustment as in order to inspect the transmission they would have had to take things apart. The transmission was a separate fix than the Park once they diagnosed it the second time around. Before I brought my truck in the first time, my park was working perfectly then when I brought it back to do the other transmission work I explained the issue and all of sudden I needed a new shifter cable for my Park. If that was the case then why wouldn’t they tell me that the first time around??? Things didn’t quite add up but in order to get my park fixed I would have had to pay more which didn’t seem fair. The prices are also a bit outrageous on services. I also needed just a wheel bearing replaced and they wanted $700 taxes in to get it fixed where I was able to get the part myself for $160 and I did it in less than 2 hours. And for the Park, they asked for another $750 taxes in just for the shifting cable replacement and it’s an $80 part and only an hour procedure. Sure they do a thorough inspection on other components and whatnot but prices don’t seem to add up. As for getting the repairs, they do them well and fix what they say their gunna fix. But I don’t think I would recommend them to my friends or family. Maybe if they offered to fix my Park when I told them it was working in the first place without me having to pay more, then maybe I would have been more satisfied.
