Excellent service.The only small issue that I would point out is that after the vehicle was finished and I had told your staff member that I needed a ride, he checked with the driver and said that it would take "up to an hour" but someone would phone me before they came, all of which was fine with me so I would have a few minutes to get ready so the driver wouldn't have to wait. For a second time (within a year) the driver showed up without a phone call. The first time, the driver just sat and waited for me and I happened to see him when I walked through my living room, while this time the driver came to my door and rang the doorbell. This last time, the driver did not have a message to phone me before arriving and had been told to show up at 3:00 p.m. (I talked to your office at 2:15). While I was picked up within the promised time, I would have appreciated either a phone call 5 minutes beforehand or being given a specific pick-up time, such as "at 3 p.m." Aside from this small issue, I have no complaints at all about the service.
