I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff. They were able to get my vehicle in the same day that I called, diagnosed the problem, and called me promptly with options for repair. The cost was reasonable, and my car was repaired and delivered as promised. I was given a loaner to use (which a lot of garages do not provide--especially with insurance issues) so I would not be inconvenienced. I would definitely recommend Glenwood Auto for repair services.
