Excellent work as usual. This time we required a loaner car since maintenance work was extensive, with car at over 225,000 km. The loaner car was arranged through Enterprise as part of Glenwood service. I was informed before hand by phone of needed repairs so I knew what was being need and asked for permission. Hands down best service in the city. They go above and beyond what you ask them to fix. If they find something that needs repairing they alert you as well give u a quoted price to have it fixed

I've been going to Glenwood with all my vehicles since around 1980, when Jim had the business at the corner of 8th street and Preston. 40+ years gives you some idea of my level of satisfaction!

My only complaint was not being able to get a loaner as that was one of the reasons I booked but they were professional, did good work and tried to rush the job as best they could knowing I needed something to drive. It was pretty expensive but that is to be expected. I would recommend and use them again.
