Staff was courteous, honest did the work we discussed, I didn't feel they were trying to do more work than needed. Workmanship from what I can tell was done very well. Would recommend Glenwood anytime. Thanks for everything!

Cons: I got charged $300.80 just for them to find out why my A/C wasn’t working. This is not including repairs!! After paying this and coming back out to my car, I start driving, get on the highway, and notice on my sleeve a bunch of grease I must have picked up from them working within the car. I must have picked it up from my arm rest because there’s nowhere else it would have touched. Really unhappy with the charge and the car care. Likely won’t be coming back here after they quote me for the actual repair of my A/C. Pros: they have a free shuttle service for if you need a ride after you drop off your car, and the staff at the front desk seem really nice. The staff also did say that if I buy my own part for cheaper, they will install it.
