The communication was excellent from the owner and front staff in explaining the engine issues repairs and updates along the way. The detail to repairs and service was great along with discussing the regular maintenance. I recently had the 90,000Km service done on my 2014 Nissan Roque. Glenwood did an initial diagnosis of the condition of the vehicle and quoted a price for all maintenance and servicing. I experienced friendly, professional service and exceptional workmanship, and the cost was less than the estimate. I enjoyed rides to and from the shop, excellent coffee, and I even borrowed a book from their waiting room library!
