As someone who knows very little about cars, going for vehicle maintenance can be a bit overwhelming, but the staff at Glenwood are friendly and welcoming and take the time to explain exactly what's necessary as well as what they recommend to keep my vehicle in tip-top condition. I brought my truck in to have a electrical issue diagnosed with their scan tool. I was initially worried they would be unable to get to the root cause but I was wrong . The tech used a systematic process to pinpoint the problem. No guessing . I was really happy about that , and the fact they did some free courtesy checks . Satisfied all around .
